Founder/ DirectorAs the Founder and Director of Equip Education, a tutoring service dedicated to helping students reach their full academic potential. Currently studying Commerce and Law at Macquarie University, Jessica combines her academic insight with practical teaching experience to create lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs.
Through Equip Education, she empowers students to build confidence, develop critical skills, and take ownership of their learning, preparing them for success both in and beyond the classroom.
Nick Treharne
Business Lead/ Lead TutorNick Treharne is the Business Lead and Lead Tutor at Equip Education, currently studying Commerce at UNSW. He is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop critical skills, and take ownership of their learning.
As Business Lead, he supports the operations and development of Equip Education, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality, structured lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum while catering to each student’s individual needs. Nick is passionate about mentoring students and fostering a positive learning environment where they can thrive academically and personally.
