At Equip, our mission is to empower students to grow in confidence, capability, and independence through personalised, student-focused tutoring.

Founded by Jessica Worrell, a 2025 graduate of an independent girls’ school on Sydney’s North Shore, Equip is built on a deep understanding of young people and how they learn. Jessica’s passion for community service, experience with working with children and her leadership as a Service Prefect has shaped a strong belief that no two students learn the same way and that meaningful support must be tailored to each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals.

We specialise in building strong academic foundations, developing effective study habits, and fostering lasting confidence in learning. Supporting students across a range of ages and abilities, we create personalised strategies that make learning clearer, more manageable, and sustainable. Our focus goes beyond improving results, we equip students with skills that extend beyond the classroom and support lifelong success. All members of our team uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care, holding a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

At Equip, we view our students as whole individuals, not just learners. We work closely with each student to develop the essential skills they need to thrive, helping them not only meet expectations but exceed them.
