Founded by Jessica, a 2025 graduate of an independent girls’ school on Sydney’s North Shore, Equip is built on a deep understanding that every student learns differently. This belief shapes our tailored approach, where support is designed around each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals — both academic and personal.

Our tutors act as both educators and coaches. They do more than teach content; they guide students in building strong study habits, resilience, motivation, and self-belief. Alongside subject tutoring, we offer dedicated mentoring that focuses on mindset, goal-setting, time management, and learning behaviours, ensuring students develop the skills needed for long-term success.

All team members uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care, and hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
